FAQ

Do you offer custom made journals or personalised products?

Yes, I absolutely love creating bespoke, one-of-a-kind journals and notebooks for my customers. All of my journals can be customised to suit your needs, either choosing your favourite page layouts or adding a name to the front cover for that truly personal touch. A perfect gift idea!

I'm really trying to cut down my plastic use, do you offer any zero waste options?

Yes! All of my cards, prints and stationery items come packaged in a biodegradable, compostable corn-starch sleeve, so definitely no plastic! Many of my products can come naked too, so if you do not want any packaging at all, email me in the 'notes to seller' option at checkout, or you can choose the 'Go naked!' option for my greetings cards.

Where do you source your materials from?

I try my best to source my raw materials as locally and sustainably as I can, supporting independent businesses with ethical mindsets behind them.

I source a lot of my 100% recycled paper, grey board, card stock and packaging supplies from EcoCraft, based in the UK. I also source a lot of my paper from other UK based companies that stock sustainably sourced materials. I try to source miscellaneous materials such as jewellery findings and similar things from small Etsy shops and independent UK companies. As much as possible, I make my products in house at my studio in Somerset, and where I have to outsource production I choose ethical, UK and local companies to help me with my production process, such as with my enamel pins and natural cotton tote bags. My packaging that orders are sent out in is 100% recycled, recyclable and plastic free, and I encourage my customers to reuse where possible.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes absolutely! Many of my customers live outside of the UK, so I am more than happy to send my products to you wherever you happen to be in the world! Please see my Shipping & Returns page for more details.
