Shipping & Returns

PROCESSING TIMES

Many of my products are eligible to ship within 3-5 working days, however any custom orders or personalised products may take up to 7 working days to be processed, made and shipped, so please be aware of this when placing your order. Please contact me prior to placing your order if you have any queries or are on a tight time schedule and I will do my best to accommodate your needs.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

UK: 2-3 working days with Royal Mail
Europe: 3-5 working days with International standard shipping
US & Canada: 10-14 working days with International standard shipping
Rest of the world: 12-14 working days with International standard shipping

UK orders: we ship everything within the UK through second class domestic shipping as standard, with an upgrade to first class (1-2 working days) available at the checkout. Standard shipping can usually take between 2-3 working days, with possible delays during busy seasons such as Christmas and holidays.

International orders: we ship orders outside of the UK through Royal Mail international standard shipping (please see delivery estimates above), with a delivery upgrade to receive tracking available at checkout. Please note that standard shipping does not include a tracking number. Delivery times are an estimate only and may vary depending on possible delays during busy seasons such as Christmas and holidays.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

I do accept returns on most items, excluding personalised or custom made products. If you have any queries or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact me within 14 days of receiving your item and return in the same condition within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. The buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs.

CUSTOM ORDERS & PERSONALISED PRODUCTS

Due to the personalised and specific nature of these products and as each one has been custom made, these items are non-returnable, however please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any issues with your order and I will do my best to answer any questions or concerns you may have.
